Ag Partners and Kansas City Royals Foundation Announce 2026 Scholarship Recipients

The Ag Partners Cooperative and Kansas City Royals Foundation Scholarship is awarded to qualifying high school seniors and current post-secondary students in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Arkansas. This scholarship is designed to celebrate what makes rural communities special. As part of the application process, students shared what represents their rural community and why it is meaningful to them. Four winners were selected to receive a $2,500 scholarship to support their continued education and were recognized at the Kansas City Royals game on April 18, 2026.
The 2026 Ag Partners Cooperative and Kansas City Royals Foundation Scholarship recipients include:
Kale Leners – Beloit Junior Senior High School; Hutchinson Community College
Isaac Ibendahl – Wamego High School; Emporia State University
Colby Frehe – Manhattan Christian College
Breann Poole – Northwest Missouri State University
